[edit] Information
Samira Ahmed narrates a look back at the history of the academic quiz, which is the longest-running programme of its kind on British TV, telling the stories behind its most memorable players. Among those featured are Jenny Ryan, Eric Monkman and Gail Trimble, along with Sandya Narayanswami, who helped change the face of the quiz, when back in 1975 she became the first Asian woman to ever take part. The programme also reveals the secrets of two of the current question-setters for the quiz, and Griff Rhys Jones recalls the infamous Young Ones episode where Scumbag College appeared in a spoof of the programme.
